This is the challenge for May:

May weight loss Challenge

The person from each group that loses the most weight in May gets 2 free months subscription.

2 groups

Group 1 – 90kg+
Group 2 – 89kg and below

**RULES:
1. You MUST submit your weigh in result online – NOT via whatsapp.
2. You MUST submit an online food journal for a whole day at least once every week (at least 5 for the month of May)
3. Your food journal MUST show your cons and MUST be a minimum of 40 and a maximum of 60
